Black Roan Mitt

Ferret Color: Black Roan Mitt Color: Black Roan
Pattern: Mitt

The Roan Color Concentration should be a near 50/50 mix of colored (any color) and white guard hairs, giving a "salt and pepper" appearance. The AFA color standard calls for 50% to 60% colored guard hairs vs. 40% to 50% white guard hairs.

The Black Roan Mitt is also known in common terminology as 'Silver'.
